How to Register for Classes

Step 2: Pick Your Class(es)

You can book a single class, or reserve several in advance (up to 10 classes).

  • 2A. Check the time zone at the top of the calendar. Change it to yours to see the time in your time zone. Classes are held every Monday at 7:00 PM ET.

  • 2B. Click the date(s) you'd like to attend. To book one class, select just one date. To book more than one class, select additional dates.

  • 2C. On the right, you'll see a ‘Select time…’ dropdown for each date you chose. Select the class time for every date.

  • 2D. Click ‘Confirm booking’ (or ‘Confirm bookings’ if you chose more than one date).

Please note, registration closes 1 hour before class starts (at 6:00 PM ET).

Step 3: Register Your Information & Complete the Payment

In the pop-up window, complete the fields for:

  • 3A: Coupon code, if you have one (optional).

  • 3B: Your name (required).

  • 3C: Your email address (required).

  • 3D: Agree not to share the Zoom link with anyone else (required, otherwise I can't book your spot).

  • 3E: Phone number, if you'd like a text message reminder 1 hour before class (optional, U.S. and Canada only).

To pay by card, complete the following:

  • 3F: Your card number.

  • 3G: The expiration date (MM/YY) and CVC code.

  • 3H: Your country and billing ZIP code.

  • 3I: Click ‘Book event’ to pay and confirm. Your total is charged right away ($15 per class).

Step 4: You're Confirmed!

Once complete, you'll be directed to a booking confirmation page that lists every class you booked, and you'll also receive a confirmation email. If you booked multiple classes, you'll receive separate confirmation emails for each class.

Important, please note: The Zoom link that you see on the confirmation page after completing your registration is for the first class you booked. The Zoom link for each additional class will be in that class's own confirmation email. I strongly encourage you to add each Zoom link to your personal calendar as soon as you receive it, so it's easy to find on the day of your class.

Step 5: On the Day of Your Class

You'll receive a reminder email with the Zoom link 1 hour before class starts (6:00 PM ET). If you signed up for text reminders, you'll get a text too. The Zoom link is not sent by text, so please make sure you have access to your email.

Step 6: Need to Reschedule or Cancel?

Something come up, and you can't attend class? Use the reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation email, so keep it handy.

To Reschedule:

Click the reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation email. You will be taken to the following page (see screenshot below).

  • 6A. Select the alternate date you'd like on the calendar.

  • 6B. Click the class time that appears next to the calendar.

  • 6C. A pop-up will show your new class details. Check that the date and time are correct, then click the ‘Reschedule booking’ button. You'll receive a new confirmation email with your updated Zoom link.

To Cancel:

Click the reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation email. You will be taken to the following page (see screenshot below).

  • 6D. Click the ‘Cancel this booking’ button. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm. Click the ‘Cancel booking’ button in the pop-up to finish canceling your class.

Important, please note:

  • Reschedule at no charge by 5:00 PM ET (2 hours before class) by choosing an alternate class date. If you've booked more than one date, each class must be rescheduled individually. Use the reschedule/cancel link in that class's confirmation email.

  • Cancel by 5:00 PM ET (2 hours before class) for a full refund. Cancellations made after 5:00 PM ET are non-refundable. If you've booked more than one date, each class must be canceled individually. Use the reschedule/cancel link in that class's confirmation email. In the event of an eligible cancellation refunds are processed within 48 hours of cancellation. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your card issuer and our payment processor (Stripe).
